Best book I ever read was…
Gang of One: One Man’s Incredible Battle to Find his Missing Daughter – this book was so much more poignant for me as I know friends of Gary’s and this real life story really affected me.
Favourite coffee shop?
I don’t drink coffee, but since opening my clinic in Bruntsfield I am very partial to a hot chocolate from the Chocolate Tree.
What is the most important thing in your travel bag?
Apart from my usual Elemis skincare I always pack Avon Skin so Soft. It stops mosquitos biting me, I get eaten alive everywhere I go and this is my life saviour.
Favourite place to have lunch with friends?
I have many favourite places to eat, but Chaophraya sitting in their conservatory overlooking Edinburgh Castle has to be my all time favourite.
What’s your most memorable travel experience?
I love to travel and feel very privileged to have visited many countries. My most memorable experience to date was sky diving in Noosa Beach on the 24th December 2014 with all my family. I swore I would never sky dive but it was the most exhilarating experience I have ever had – part for giving birth to my children of course!
Wine or Cocktails?
I like both!
One thing still on your bucket list?
A safari family holiday in South Africa.
One thing you wish you had done sooner in life?
Started my own business earlier.
The most famous person you have ever met?
I have met a few but my family and I spent a week with the football legends George Best & Dennis Law and their families in Portugal. We have wonderful photos and memories spent with them.
The best thing about 2015 so far… ?
The opening of my clinic Soprano Ice Edinburgh in Bruntsfield in July. The support we have had form all our existing and new clients has been amazing.
